Limited Warranty
All PTN Electronics Limited products carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
- Standard products: 3 years from date of shipment
- OEM/ODM products: as agreed in purchase contract
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. PTN Electronics Limited will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product at no charge.
Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or acts of God.
